Friday 7/23
Breakfast 13 or so ounces of a Planet Smoothie smoothie (wasn't that great so I didn't finish it) Lunch Lean Cuisine meal (the chicken and lasagna one) Snack 1.5 oz Hershey chocolate bar Dinner Garden chicken salad from Burger King (with the croutons and sweet onion dressing) |
Saturday 7/24
Breakfast Plain bagel from Panera Bread with 2 oz LF raspberry cream cheese Lunch Sandwich (2 oz Italian bread, 4 oz turkey, 1 oz swiss cheese, 1 tomato slice, 1 T light Miracle Whip) Snack Sugar free ice cream bar Dinner Steak burrito (12" tortilla wrap, 1 oz LF cheddar cheese, couple T salsa, a LOT of steak and green peppers stir fried in olive oil) Dinner Sugar free ice cream bar Sugar free Jello (Ate a lot today, but ate a little yesterday, so it should average out.) |
Sunday 7/25
(Very bad day, given the binge on jelly beans. Ack.) Breakfast 8 oz orange juice Oatmeal Veggie sausage patty Lunch Lean cuisine (200 calorie one, probably should've eaten more!) Movie Snack Lots of jelly beans (675 calories worth!) Dinner Small cheese steak from Philly connection (my 'to heck with it' meal) Snacking 4 low fat perogies in 1 T light parkay 1 sugar free ice cream bar Guesstimating I put that at, hrm. 300 calories for breakfast. 200 for lunch. 675 for snack. 650 for the sub? 300 for the perogies and Parkay. 100 for the ice cream bar. That's, ugh, 2225 calories. Which, hrm, isn't ENTIRELY awful for far as potential bad days go, so I guess I should get back on track and focused! |
Monday 7/26
Breakfast Oatmeal Veggie breakfast patty Lunch Mandarin chicken salad (lettuce, mandarin oranges, almonds, crispy noodles, chicken, raspberry vinegarette dressing) Snack Fruit cup (2 oz grapes, 2 oz pineapple) 1 Twix miniature Dinner Subway sub, 6", white bread, turkey, pepperjack cheese, veggies, light mayo Snack Sugar free ice cream bar |
Hi Scuttle. I'm home again. Sorry I didn't check in while gone as planned. When I got to my sister's, their internet connection was not working. They fixed it over the weekend, but someone was ALWAYS on it!
Anyway, I have got a lot of work to do. I have had a bad MONTH. Ever since I went on vacation at the beginning of the month, I have made poor choices. Today I need to figure out what went wrong and bring myself back from the brink. monday 7/26 exercise 45 min weights, abs 1 hour tennis breakfast oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 blueberries = .5 hb egg = 2 snack after tennis banana = 2 1/2 powerade = 1 lunch salad = 0 lf parmesan = 1 snack (4pm) hot choc = 3 dinner fish = 2 bun = 2 brocolli = 0 lf cheese = 1 corn = 1 tomatoes = 0 snack hot choc = 3 daily total = 21 (little short of the goal of 24, but think that's okay once in awhile) |

Thanks, Rabbit. I'm feeling a little better but still have symptoms, and I have a doctor's appointment but not until Monday. I suppose I'll be back to work tomorrow, just, blech.
Breakfast 32 ounce smoothie from Planet Smoothie (I was starving after yesterday!) Lunch Turkey sandwich on sour dough with mayo from Panera Bread (it was so good last night) 1 oz gourmet potato chip bag (No dinner. I ate lunch mid-afternoon and went to bed before 7 pm. :( ) |

Feeling a little better today and back at work, plus I have a sense of appetite back. Yay for that! Breakfast 6 oz orange juice Breakfast sandwich (english muffin, veggie sausage patty, 2% cheese slice, 1/3 cup egg beaters, some light parkay margarine) Lunch Grilled chicken ceasar salad from McDonald's (with croutons and ceasar dressing) Snack 1/2 cup grapes Dinner Healthy Choice dinner (some grilled beef with dipping sauce) |
