Hello,
I am a sahm of 2 girls 18 mo. and 7 yrs. I am trying to lose weight by watching fat and cals and exercising. I have about 30 pounds to lose and have lost about 9 so far. I go to chat regularly at the chat room of 3fc and love it alot. It gives me lots of support. So I came here for even more support. Hope to chat with you all soon. Thanks,
