hello - I'm home!

Actually I got home Tuesday night but have been busy ever since. Besides getting caught up on laundry, mail and everything else, my family is coming for Easter dinner on Sunday so I've had much to do!

The trip was great - although the weather was crummy. It was great to see ds. my dad & stepmother enjoyed themselves also.

I skimmed through some of the posts from while I was away.

RR - yum on strawberry season! ~ I'm sure she will look so cute in her new glasses.

Lauren - congrats on your loss! Glad you like the new hairdo.

Jackie - I'm happy for you that you have a new person at work. Hope the visit with your mom goes well.

Karen - I miss my laundry chute! I had one growing up and then again in my first house with dh.

I am sneaking a minute to post as I am so busy trying to get things packed before DH comes home.

RR: You know sometimes Dr's should probably just keep their mouth shut! At least that's my opinion. Please try and not worry. You have a very cute and bright child and she will look mighty cute in those glasses. Maybe you can get some real snazzed up ones! Have a great Easter.

Lauren: I'm glad you love your hair. I'm with you on fixing hair the day after. Mine never turns out the way they fix it. Happy Easter!

Karen: Hope you have a great weekend. When did you say Alex's B-Day is?

Rabbit: Welcome back!!!!!!!! Glad you had a nice time. Have fun Sunday with the family. I am excited about seeing my Mom, but so worried. She has lost 20lbs since 3/8/04 and been in bed all day the last 2 days. I hope I feel better about things once I see her.

Just a quickie, Alex and I are going away for a couple of days with a friend of mine. DH is gonna bach it. I am supposed to be getting up at 5:30 and it's 12:30 now. I hate these sleepless nights.

RR: I can't wait to see pics of her in her glasses!! I bet she'll look snazzy. Ignore the doc. You work with them everyday, you know how they can be. Jack@#$.
