exercise 40 min weights, abs 18 min cardio breakfast oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 pecans = 1 1/2 bran muffin = 2 snack cookie dough = 10 (this is a guess) lunch salad = 0 lf parm = 1 dinner grilled chicken = 3 bun = 1 corn = 3 grn beans = 0 *had several m&ms today. No count on them. I am going to consider all of my flex points for the week GONE. |
