HI... my Emma is so excited today. They are having a V-day party at daycare. I was in charge of making the cupcakes and she helped. She doesn't let me do anything unless she can help. It is cute, but then it usually takes me twice as long. After the cupcakes we sat down and wrote out Valentines for her classmates and teachers. She put the stickers on. This morning she was so excited to show everyone her stuff. Kids can be so cute.

I woke up with a pain in my neck. Hate that. I managed to exercise 3 days this week... which is a major accomplish with the time I have available. My daughter is 9 1/2 months and I still have the extra PG weight on me, plus some. Tho I feel confident now that I am moving in the right direction. I lost 9 pounds pretty easy, then I have been at a standstill since before Christmas.

OK, have work to get done. HAVE A GREAT V-DAY EVERYONE!

hi all. Day one of the new plan. I really don't understand why there are so many flex points, but whatever.

Karen - Thanks! And that's okay if you repeat yourself!

Jackie - thanks! Sorry about the muscle.

Lauren - oh, sorry about the lack of sleep.

Jen - what fun!

gotta run -

Rabbit, if I remember correctly, if you figure out the flex points, it's really just the extra points you would've had if you still had a range of points, know what I mean?

Jen, that's cute. Daycare made the cutest valentine for me from Peter. They took figure paint and made a handprint inside a red construction paper card. They put a pic of him cut in a heart shape on the outside, and taped a sappy poem in the inside that made me cry!! It was soo sweet!

Hi guys,

How's everyone doing this fine day? It's so nice and sunny outside. I just wish it was warm to go along with it!! It's 42, so it's not that bad but I would really like to take the boy outside. He loves looking out the window. I can't wait until it's a litle warmer and we can go out. He's laying in the floor playing with DH's belt. He has a ton of toys, but prefers the belt :dizzy: .

Jen: So cute that your little one was excited about V-day.

RR: Have fun on Day one. Hope you figure the points out.

Lauren: So cute on the Valentine!! Hope work was good today.

Jack: Hope the shoulder is better. Yah on the DSL. Hope it helps you out with work.

This new boiler sounds like a 747 is landing in my basement. The 50 y/o boiler that we had was much quieter!!

Lauren - not exactly. My point range before was 22-27. If I had eaten at the low range everyday, then it would work. Because I would have 5 points banked per day which is 35 points in a week. My new point target is 24. That would have just left 3 per day x 7 which is 21. So there are more flex points than I would expect.

Yesterday I used some flex points on skinny cow ice cream. I glad it is out of the house now and I don't plan to buy anymore for awhile. DH is cooking dinner tonight so I may use some more flex points.

Happy Valentines Day!
