exercise 40 min weights & abs 30 min cardio had to miss tennis today :( breakfast eggs = 4 bread = 1 *note: too many eggs this week lunch pancakes = 6 ham = 3 dinner pizza = 12 rolls = 8 snack cookies = 8 daily total = 42! :eek: Where did that come from?? |
