Newbie here (we'll returning newbie)
 

Hi all! In my early 20s I was a faithful member of the 3fc community. I lost 140 pounds back then and maintained for a long time. Slowly the weight started coming back and 8 years later I'm back at my starting weight from 15 years ago. More then anything I'm disappointed in myself at 37 I'm back where I started at 22. The support I received here was instrumental in my success so when we evaluating what to do I said I'm going back to 3fc. I tried to loss weight over the last few years but never seemed all in.

I had a real conversation with my doctor on December 13 about my weight and started Contrave. Surprisingly at my weight everything on my blood work came back in the normal range except Vitamin D and Vitamin B. Not surprising because I have a ton of food allergies that include the major sources of B and D. My energy has been so much better since adding these supplements.

Other then Contrave I'm calorie counting.
