**~March Weigh-In Thread~**

Hello fellow 30-somethings! Welcome to the March weigh-in thread. You are free to copy and paste the form below into your own post to keep track of your daily weigh-ins or you can make your own. You don't even have to weigh-in daily to post here. You can weigh in twice a week, once a week, every other week or just at the beginning and end of the month - whatever you feel comfortable with. I'm looking forward to seeing your big losses (or gains if that is what you are aiming for) as the month goes on.

Total March Weight Loss:

AllyG47 03-01-2019 12:30 PM

February went way better than I was expecting. I stuck to my diet most days, got my 10k steps per day and the weight seemed to fall off. I'm expecting the losses to slow down eventually but I hope I still have a few more months of good losses. March should be an easy month. There are no huge landmines except for my grandfather's 99th birthday party on March 9. However, that is for just one day and, while I don't know what my aunts are serving for lunch, I'm sure I can keep my calories in check. I have a dentist appointment on the 12th but that shouldn't affect my diet as it is just a teeth cleaning. April is going to be harder with Easter coming up so I'm going to try to kick butt in March and lose as much as possible.

SW: 201.4 lbs
GW: 195.4 lbs (-6)

March

1. 201.4 lbs ( -1.0)
2. 202.8 lbs (+1.4) - Went out to eat last night at Baker's Square. Went over calories by 50 so not too bad. TOM is coming soon so that might be why I gained.

Total Weekly Loss: -2.2 lbs
Total March Loss: +0.6 lbs

4. 202.0 lbs (-0.8)

12. 199.6 lbs (0)
13. 199.6 lbs (0)
14. 200.8 lbs (+1.2) - There are many possibilities for this gain. I'm sore from hauling boxes of flooring - could be water retention in my muscles. Don't think I went over my calories but it could be salty food. I didn't get my steps in. Another possibility is the big O. I sometimes gain a pound or two during that time of the month.
15. 201.4 lbs (+0.6)
16. 202.4 lbs (+1.0) - :( This one is my fault. I gave in to my parents and went out to eat with them at the Boulder Taphouse.

29. 196.4 lbs (-0.6) - Not sure I would consider this a whoosh but I'll take it. :)
30. 197.2 lbs (+0.8) - This gain wasn't as bad as I expected. KFC for supper last night. Salty meal & I went over my calories.
