  • Hey everyone, I'm back!! I was able to get down to 202 in November but the holidays derailed me. I had gained back almost 5 pounds before my vacation in January and then gained another 8 on vacation. Ugh! I got back from vacation on January 30 weighing 215 lbs. My highest ever was 217. Not good. I got back on my diet the day I came home from vacation and the vacation gain was lost quickly (have a feeling it was mostly water weight - I always swell up when I go on a cruise). I've been tracking my daily weigh-ins on an excel spreadsheet but I miss the emojis, trackers and support offered at 3FC so I've decided to start recording my daily weigh-ins here again. I'm hoping to get under 200 lbs by March 9 - my grandpa's 99th birthday party.

    I make an exception and place the weight of today, as tomorrow begins the new month.

    Sure, I'd love for you to post in my threads. That's why I start them. However, I'm going to be starting a March thread today so you may want to move over there to post.
