I had a 3lb+ backslide in March. Not going to continue for April. This thread is one of the most important things I do to keep myself accountable!

I'm hoping to be more consistent with this this month. I did lose about 4 pounds last month though, so I'm happy with that!
I'm in a group of friends that is doing a 4 month 'Biggest Loser' challenge, and I'm one of the top losers! It ends April 27, so I've got a push to get things going this month. 4/11: 232.5 4/12: 232.4 4/13: 233.6 4/14: 233.6 Ugh, I've had this happen before. I'll be consistently losing, doing everything right, and then suddenly gain 1+ pounds, and stay there for a few days. Usually, I get a pretty good loss when it finally moves again. Trying not to be bummed out about it. Come on guys. Its the end of the month and there are a lot of missing documented weigh-ins. These threads really help me stay accountable, but I feel like I am in here by myself lately. Is anybody with me?
