Start weight: 200
Goal weight:195
Dieting two weeks on (1400 calories from soups and salads) and then eating to maintain for two weeks (1900 calories).

Nov 1: 200
Nov 2: 199
Nov 3: 198.5
Nov 4: 196
Nov 5: 194

I hit my goal weight so today I did a feast day and ate whatever I wanted. I don't want to kill my metabolism and my resting heart rate has dropped 10 bpm which means my body is adjusting to the lower calorie intake. I may do feast days more often if I continue to drop weight so I have a more slow and steady weightloss.

Nov 6: 193.5 (much better weight loss pace.)

How long have you been dieting for? Your body lowers your metabolism but 150 to 200 calorie burn for every 10 pounds you lose... So it becomes much more efficient. That might be impacting you!

It's only been about a month. I think that it's water retention, because this morning I lost a pound after chugging water all day yesterday. I'm going to start monitoring my salt intake more closely. Thanks for the tip though.

Hey I've been out for a while, but desperately need to get back at it. These threads worked great before and help motivate me. Starting this month late but hey better than never.
