Hey all. I'M BACK!!!! Its been a while bc ive been busy and honestly have not been honest with myself. I let my journey take a back seat and I am not even sure to what, but I am trying to get back on track I've gained a few pounds and have started a new eating style after much research. I don't know if it will help me get where I want to be but I've been in a plateau for over a year so there's no real hurt in trying something new. I am trying a ketogenic diet. I miss my carbies but I don't have much of a sweet tooth naturally so that helps me a bit.
