    Will be somethig like this:

    Sep 07 162 B= 1 1/2 egg, cheese, tomatoes, tea L= beef, zuquiny, radish, whippig cream D= pork, radish, salad. Exercise: 30 Am walk / 30 Pm walk 100% DAY

    Hun, you may do what you want. I like the daily weigh in threads bc we do what we want and don't judge. I think we just do it for self accountability.
  • I know my days look weird, but my scale is currently being used at my job til December for a biggest loser contest, and I recently went down to part-time. So I only get to weigh-in 3x a week.
