Please dont judge me but ive ordered a weight loss pill online - i wont say its name but it comes recommended.

I never thought id get to the point where i was willing to spend £100 on weightloss drugs on the chance that they might work.

these ones are supposed to suppress appetite and increase metabolism. im going to try them for 3 weeks to see if they make any difference.

Ive been dieting all year and ive just yo-yo'd up and down. im losing the will to keep trying so these are a last ditch attempt.

i will be posting here if/when anything happens. I thin k they will arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday so ill start posting then.

they arrived today. i took one before lunch as instructed.
Was 168.8 this morning - lets see what happens.

i'll still stick to my healthy diet and exercise, just hoping these will help get me out the funk/high plateau im in

so tomorrow will be 1 week. im nervous about weighing.

166.6. first few days were a bit rough adjusting to the increased caffeine intake (problems getting to sleep) but seems to have settled now. i have more energy to get on with things and only real "side effect" im experiencing is strong smelly urine thats a weird colour - no matter how much i drink.

I understand how badly we want to lose weight,t hat sometimes we'll do anything, but what if you're doing your body and liver serious damage? Someone is probably taking advantage of you!
The two posters above were really kind to you, but the absence of other posts says a lot!

Rechyl, what were the pills? Are the rx pills from another country or something that is not regulated like a supplement?
