Back in 3FC after 6 years!
 

I started on 3FC years ago and now I'm back. I originally was 222 lbs and got down to 135, but over the years my weight has crept back up as I would use for help myself feel better in stressful situations..

I'm back with a restarting weight of 193 and am now down to 187 with a goal of 130.

I'm looking for accountability partners! Also, do any of you use lose it? I could use some friends on there..

Your story sounds a lot like mine. I too need to go from 194 now back down after a huge loss to 128 four years ago. I really don't have support in my life for this and I need it.

I am in the same boat...started on 3FC in 2010....did really well with my weight got down to ~167 had 2 beautiful girls and then gained it all back and then some! I am now at my "high normal" of 189 and just started making weightloss once again a priority.
