Late replying, but for me it's like
RunningWild said. I was using the red and green as a day to day thing. I thought that seeing my gains in red would have more of a visual impact so I could push a little harder in an attempt to not get a lot of red days. I can't tell that it's actually helped in that respect, but I did make a little progress, and it kinda gives me a gist at how I've been doing at a glance without comparing the numbers.
