Cool New Decade, New Month, Renewed Effort
Hi, folks! I joined the 3FC forums around the beginning of 2015, and have been here kind of sporadically. I just turned 30 ten days ago, and decided it was time for a renewed effort in this weight loss journey. I fell off the wagon again and bounced up to my highest weight ever, at 278 and now weigh 9 pounds more than when I started over a year ago.

It's time to get back on track and put a renewed effort into this weight loss thing.
