Updated: I hit my goal of 8lbs for March so I have revised it to another 8 lbs for a total of 16 lbs for the month.

Wrap up:
I surpassed my goal weight by 0.2 lbs but managed to start and end the month at the exact same number. I suspected that corn products, like grits and popcorn, caused me to gain or hold onto weight and I'm almost certain of it now. Time to add another starch to the avoid list. It was nice to be able to fit into a size 8 and see a one forty something on the scale this month. I don't think I've been that weight since maybe 5th grade. I hope to see more 4s in April.

* I weighed-in less frequently than last month. Hard to judge my losses and cycles

Ugh, I'm so mad at myself. I gained back everything I lost last year plus more! I just got back from a 2 week vacation and I gained around 10 lbs. That's on top of the 7 lbs I've gained since Christmas. My body is really feeling these extra 17 lbs. My knees ache and I get out of breath just walking across the living room. Plus, my clothes are tight and my embarrassing double chin is back. I'd really like to get back into onderland by the end of June. -My first weigh in was better than I expected. Already lost 5 of the 10 that I gained on vacation. Must have been water weight. Now hoping to reach onderland by the end of April.- I'm going to start planning out my meals again and calorie counting. When I don't plan my meals in advance, I just eat whatever and whenever which makes it easy to overeat. Once I get back into a routine regarding meal planning, I'll add in exercise - probably in a week or two.

GW: 206.8 (-4 lbs)

It looks like everyone's been having a productive March.
I guess I'm bumping the post with an anecdote that happened this month when I had mentioned my current weight and goal weight to my dad who hadn't seen me this size before. Sometimes my sis will call me skinny or say I don't need to lose any more weight and make other comments I don't care for, and later that day she went as far as to say I had technically reached my goal already because I have dense bones. What is that? How does she figure my bones are 20 lbs heavier than other people's? Last I checked I still had excess fat to burn. Of all the lame excuses to try to convince someone to not lose weight.
