Back, again.

Wow.

I almost never thought that I would be back here.

I had amazing success using 3 chicks about....6 years ago? (OMG, was it that long ago?) I lost about 70lbs.

....and gained 85 in the last 6 years.

I had a career change, was widowed at 26, opened a business, moved twice and finally bought a house, got remarried....

All while dieting. I played with paleo for about 2 years - I had some success and liked the food but I just couldn't get enough carbs (even with white rice!) and continually struggled with adrenal fatigue and kept loosing my period. It was a real struggle.

January 1st 2016 rolled around and I just can't diet anymore. I don't want it, I can't - I don't have the energy. Did I mention that I have struggled with my weight for 30 years? Fun!

I am left with 3 sweatpants and 4 shirts. They are the only thing that fit me.

We also want to start a family 6 months - 1 year. Probably looking at a year because I want to feel a lot healthier.

So last week I got myself a fitbit with a goal of 8,000 - 10,000 steps a day (which equals out to about 45 minutes to an hour of walking a day or 350 - 500 cals)

and I started counting calories on lose-it. I choose 2,300 calories a day. I know that seems like a lot but I also have a very active career as a massage therapist but I believe that bodies need more calories than you think.

So, here I am. My name is Taylor and I have a goal of 85lb weight loss.

I can't wait to support all of you in your journey.

Much Love!
