**June Weigh-Ins**
Here we go guys! Another month to make great changes!
Beginning weight: 179 (ugh) End weight: 175 Goal pounds to lose: 4 6/1: 179 6/2: 179.6 6/3: 180.6. I'm cheating a bit on the food, but not much. 6/4: 178.2 6/5: 177.4 (TOM) 6/6: 177.8 (TOM) 6/7: 178.4 (TOM) 6/8: 178.2 (TOM) 6/9: 177! New low! (TOM) 6/10: 178.6. Hopefully I'm still under 180 when I get back from my trip. 6/11: out of town 6/12: out of town 6/13: out of town 6/14: out of town 6/15: 175.6. ! Vacay did me good. Actually I was sick most of it. I don't tolerate rich food. :/ 6/16: 177 6/17: 176.8 6/18: 175.6 6/19: 178.2 (never had so much bounce!) 6/20: 178 6/21: 178. Haven't got to work out in a few or meal prep cuz crazy work schedule. Tomorrow will fix that! 6/22: 176.8 6/23: 176.4 6/24: 175 6/25: 177.4 i was too friendly at the pot luck yesterday 6/26: 175.6 6/27: 175 6/28: 175.2 6/29: 176.4 6/30: 175.8 June loss:3.2 lbs I'm still viewing it as success. I took another inch off my waist and hips this month. I also had a vacation and a lot more cheat days than usual. To still come out near goal, is definite success. |
My goal is the same as last month with a mini goal not to creep back into the 170s during TOM. Another goal is to shake up my diet a bit to get my metabolism back up to snuff.

However I think my figure has changed a bit lately. I'm really starting to notice how much smaller I've gotten over the past year and a half. |

Hi, I would like to join! I am new so not sure what I would write everyday, but I am sure I would have something to write every week.
june/1 - 171.96lbs This month my goal is to remove lactose from my diet, drink more water and lower my sodium intake. I will try to get out of the 170's. end of week: did pretty good avoiding most lactose, I did have some cheese like 2 times though. I did drink more water but not nearly enough and barely out of the 170's, it was a good week overall. june/8 - 169.97lbs Same goals of the month, remove lactose, lower sodium, more water. Goal of the week is 167 lbs. end of week: boy did I meet my mini goal! I wasn't expecting it either as I was stressed and drank milk like 3 times on top of having cheese like 2 times, didn't do so well on water either, perhaps I haven't been eating enough calories since I did have more protein this week. june/15 - 164.24lbs Same goals of the month. This week mini-goal is to drink at least one bottle of water per day, I will try to reach 160lbs end of week: TOM cravings of nightmare-land! I abused lactose at every single chance, I did drink more water but not a whole bottle every single day. june/22 - 163lbs (TOM) Go back to no milk or sour cream allowing a bit of cheese, Same mini-goal of drinking one bottle of water everyday and to reach 160lbs. june/29 |

June 6=286.2 June 13= out of town. Hoping for 282 or less by the 20th June 20= June 27= I cant weigh myself everyday or i'll go insane. for each day do you just edit your original post? GOAL is 275lbs by June 30. Aggressive, but I'm going for gold |
