**April Weigh Ins**
Ok people, its a new month to meet some goals! Please join me and lets keep each other motivated!
SW: 186.2 GW: 182 4#s. I wanted to aim for 170s, but i have to travel for a funeral and a family get together. I'm keeping it realistic at a lb a week. 4/1: 186.2 4/2: 186 4/3: 184.8! 4/4: traveling 4/5: traveling 4/6: 185.2 not too bad :) 4/7: 186.2 4/8: 187, ugh! TOM should be starting today 4/9: 186.8 Ovaries are in the house, and I must have made them angry 4/10: 186.2 TOM 4/11: dnw sister in labor 4/12: 184.4 TOM 4/13: 185.8 TOM. :/ dunno, been doing everything right 4/14: 184.6 4/15: 185 4/16: 185. I wasn't behaving well last two days. Some deaths at my job got to me. :/ 4/17: traveling 4/18: traveling 4/19: traveling 4/20: 184.6 4/21: 184.6 4/22: 183.8!! Finally progress! 4/23: 183.8. 4/24: 182.6. Heck yes! 4/25: 183.8 4/26: 181.8. Shock.... 4/27: 183.8 4/28: 182.4 4/29: 180.6. Dehydrated though... 4/30: 182.2 April Loss: 4 lbs End weight: 182.2 Not bad, almost to goal and I had a lot going on this month. |

OK...I got a bit off track in March but I'm ready to rock 'n' roll!

I'm getting over a long plateau and haven't totally figured out what my body needs yet. I'd like to get out of the 170s this month, but who knows.
SW: 172.2 GW: 169 4/01: 172.2 4/02: 172.2 4/03: 173.0 4/04: 172.6 4/05: 172.0 4/06: 170.2 4/07: 171.0 4/08: 170.0 4/09: 169.6 :D Finally out of the 170s after 5 months 4/10: 171.4 :shrug: Wow, that didn't last long... 4/11: 171.0 4/12: 172.0 TOM start 4/13: 173.4 4/14: 174.6 4/15: 174.6 4/16: 173.8 4/17: 172.2 4/18: 172.8 4/19: 172.8 4/20: 174.4 10 days left. Better step it up. 4/21: 173.4 4/22: 172.2 4/23: 170.8 4/24: 169.4 4/25: 168.8 4/26: 167.2 4/27: 167.0 4/28: 167.4 4/29: 166.6 4/30: 166.0 Ending the month with a nice round number April Loss: 6.2 lbs End weight: 166.0 Overall I'm very satisfied and incredibly relieved. I had not lost any weight at all in Jan and Feb and most of March. It feels great to have lost weight again at the rate I was losing when I started my journey. I kind of wish I had hit 165 just so I could claim no longer being obese, but I suppose that accomplishment can wait for next month. |

Circa, congratulations!!!
Clever I'm feeling your pain on the scale,hopefully it's just some water weight that will drop over the next few days. I gave into my hormones and had a nice Italian dinner out with hubby and son. I still kept it somewhat in check though as i didn't really eat much other than a small tuna salad earlier today. Hopefully it won't be too damaging, but after this frustrating week I wanted a break meal. |
