I'll be 30 in October. I'm looking forward to it! :) I'm planning on entering my 30's much healthier and in better shape then I was when I turned 20!

Anyway, I'm Barb. Married to my high school sweetheart for 7 1/2 years. He's in the US Coast Guard. We have 2 boys, 4 1/2 and 1 1/2. They keep me on my toes.

I've been following the Atkins plan since 6/22/03. In that time I've lost 18.5 pounds, and have 115.5 left to go until I reach goal.
