Pre wedding optifast?
 

Hi all! Has anyone been on optifast prior to their wedding?
I'm getting married in 9 weeks and not keen on walking down the aisle with the 27kilos of excess weight I've got (starting at 77.3)
:(I've tried to start optifast so many times over the past 6 Months but there always seems to be a birthday or some other reason for a dinner or brekkie (shift work doesn't help!)
How much can I expect to lose and what exercise did you do with optifast? Not even sure what a reasonable goal would be but I don't want to keep falling off this wagon. He's probably going to be my biggest inspiration in this lifetime. :hug:
