Reflections on last week ~ traveling is tough for me. I could have done much better. However, I am proud of myself for journaling all week, definitely a step in the right direction.
SUNDAY 7/27/03 breakfast oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 snack cheese = 4 brunch 2 eggs = 4 bacon = 1 hashbrowns = 4 snack 1/2 bagel = 2 dinner salad = 0 parmesan = 2 grilled turkey = 2 snack cookies = 8 daily total = 29 (whew, made it) weekly points banked = 0 weekly activity banked = 0 |
monday 7/28
exercise! 21 minutes bike 21 minutes walking 1 hr at park w/2 3 yr olds,a 2 yr old, a 7 and an 8 yr old! breakfast egg = 2 bread = 2 jam = 1 lunch chicken sandwich = 8 dinner lasagna = 8 salad = 0 roll = 4 snacks during the day cookies = 4 cheetos = 4 candy = 5 **I am at the junk food queen's house, must be more careful. daily total = 38 weekly points banked = 5 over weekly activity banked = 0 |

exercise 20 minute bike 20 minute walk breakfast egg = 2 bread = 2 jam = 1 lunch salad = 0 parmesan = 2 doritos = 3 cheese = 6 reflections ~ I've been craving doritos lately. So I bought little bags. I ate one for lunch. The big bags are too hard to stop with. Hopefully this will be a good way for me to do this - I get what I want and don't feel deprived, but also don't overdo. dinner grilled turkey = 2 corn = 1 bun = 1 tomato = 0 ff fries = 3 snack doritos = 3 cheese = 4 daily total = 32 |
friday 8/1/03
exercise 20 minutes bike 20 minutes treadmill breakfast egg = 2 bread = 2 jam = 1 mid morning snack apple = 2 turkey = 1 reflections~ I've been thinking a lot lately about weight loss and trying to figure out what I need to do to get myself back to where I was - when this was so important and I made so much progress. I feel so much better about myself when I am in control of this part of my life. breakfast oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 late morning egg = 2 lite whole wheat bread = 1 late afternoon turkey = 1 bread = 1 doritos = 3 note ~ leaving tomorrow for the week. will be back friday.
