Anyone else stuck in the 180's? Been here for a while now and haven't lost any weight for over a month. Going to be putting full effort in over the next month! 7lb to go to see the 170's so hopefully can be there soon.

I totally get it, I am stuck at 189 and am terrified that I'll never look good in a bathing suit.
My family is really big on carbs and sweets and as much as I try to avoid it all its all so tempting...
I hate all the guilt that comes with food.
