I'm so frustrated to still be in the 150's. Today I was at 151.4. The scale won't move down. I'm going crazy at the gym and feeling hungry all the time. Just frustrated and disappointed right now.

I know it's soooo much easier to say than do, but try not to get discouraged. You could be retaining water from TOM (at any point in your cycle, remember!) or your crazy gym sessions might be messing with your body and it'll level out and you'll drop a lot in next weeks. If you're going hard at the gym and watching your eating, it has to level out soon! If you're hungry all the time though, you might even need to eat a little more to lose. Maybe some healthy snacks like banana after the gym or such?

As for me, I'm starting back to the gym this week hopefully as hard as it sounds you already are! Here's to hoping we're both out of the 150s soon, girl!

Just had to get my name on the 150's board before I leave! I'm 153.8... Can't be too long to get to the 140's. I am going to start doing some basic weight lifting soon though, so may stay awhile if I gain muscle. I'm getting a body fat percentage scale tho, so I won't fret as long as my stats are heading the right way!

Im 152.4 today, I was 157 in June so slowly but surely I'm getting somewhere it is just taking long. I am on day 6 of paleo and I think thats helping, however I am still probably taking in too many calories.

I want to get out of the 150s but the end of the month. I have been struggling up and down for a long time. I just started this shake program (2 shakes a day and weekly cleanses). I'm already hungry and not even an hour into the program. I really need to stick with something though. I'm tired of how I look.

I'm so amazingly close, yet I appear to be at a standstill!

Last week during weigh-in, I was 151.8.
This week: 151.8.

Lisse I am having the same issue...stuck for weeks. Im eating well..gave up sugar, grains, beans, alcohol...and here I am......so hard...but I have a feeling this is the week that I do it..Hang in there!!!!!

I'm at 150.6 and doing a cleanse program (guess the actual name is a bad word b/c it was ***** out). I wish I could just get to the 140's. I have such a hard time sticking to any diet and eating right. I'm a full week in and don't want to be bothered with it anymore.
