I had a graduation party and seen a lot of people I haven't seen in a long time. So I enjoyed myself. I ate/ drank nothing nutritious all day. Even though I did not completely go over on my calories for the day. I did not hit the gym on top of it. And I feel like sludge when I work up... I did go hard at the gym today... And I'm off to work. I just needed to vent a little.
I've had days like that. You still counted what you were eating and did hit the gym the following day. That's good!! Hope you feel better!
...Nothing to do but keep moving forward...Make today a good eating day, good workout day, get some good rest etc...And if most of your days are good ones like that, a few ones like that won't make much of a difference, if any
