Anyone have any experience with Raspberry Ketone, Green Coffee Bean Extract or Garcinia Cambodgia? I just want to know if anyone would recommend or discourage the use of any of these?
Short of a multivitamin and folic acid, and melatonin (when I need to sleep), I don't take any supplements. Basically anything endorsed by Dr. Oz I disregard. All it is, is a waste of money.
What is the frolic acid for? I take a multi vitamin, garlic, kelp and omega 3's.
