Subtotal: 3.5
Lunch
2 oz salmon 2.5
1 can green beans 0
diet pepsi twist 0
Subtotal = 3.5 + 2.5 = 6
Snack
6 oz shrimp 3
eda mame 0???
Subtotal = 6 + 3 = 9
Dinner
This will be ugly - we are going to Wendover, NV for a party. Way too many buffets and free drinks. Oh well.
bad - several shrimp, little cole slaw, little tuna, crab legs, fish, little mahsed and gravy, prime rib, 1/2 roll, many drinks, cake
Goal = 20-21
Weekly bank = 0 + ???? - will just try to be op rest of week
