Wow - that's awesome!! Congrats on the loss!!! You will be out of the 160's in no time!!!

I have done SB once in the past and was successful at it....so I figured I may as well go back to what works! This is week three for me (I officially weigh in on Tuesdays) and I am feeling great!! Today I was at 165.6lbs....so the scale is moving!!

I hope this thread gets more active - the more support the better!!

Hey! You're doing great! I had a sneaky weigh-in today, I just came back from the gym and was curious to see what I weighed and the scale surprised me with a 161!! I've really upped my water the last week and it's helped so much I think, I can go for a lot longer without even thinking of food.

What are your plans for Christmas?

Wow Vix - that's great!! Congrats!! And I just realized that our start, current and goal weights are very very similar!!

Today was official weigh in day for me and I am at 162.0lbs!! I can't believe it!! I may just make it into the 150's by Christmas!!

As for Christmas - my plan is a day off....but a smart day none the less....choosing my indulgences carefully and getting out for a walk or two during the day.....what about you??

I hope you are having a great week so far!!!

Samm

Hey sam!! Sorry I went AWOL - work and socializing took over and I barely had time to weigh myself let alone come on here!!

Our starts, currents and goals are very similar! Have you been sent the link for the other 160 thread, it seems more active than this one.

I had a great Christmas thanks, did you?

I actually dipped my toe in the 150s on Christmas Eve but then today I weighed in at 160.5 so I'm going to start this week afresh and into the new year on a positive note!

Happy New Year!!
