Hey All!

I've been here before, but I've slipped many times and disappeared. Each time I say I'm REALLY motivated, and literally fall off within 1-2 days. I'm 15 days and going strong now (hey- it's a start) and this time I'm losing weight in a whole different way, and I'm so excited about my lifestyle changes I've made.

I'd love to join in, and STAY this time.
I'm Erika, btw (33). Married for 8 years, and have a 6 year old girl.

Hiiiiiii!

Hi! Welcome to 3FC!

I hear ya - I've tried a few ways myself, and I've finally found something that works. For me, it's stress reduction and calorie counting. If I just relax and get enough sleep, I'll be fine sticking to my allotted calories for the day.

What does your lifestyle change entail?

Hello to you!

I am new to the site, but not to diets! I am 38, single and I am doing weight watchers at home with fitness walking and wii fit. Congrats on the 15 days. I am on my 9th day. I have lost 4 lb.

Counting calories- but this time, making sure the calories count. I think I've really deprived myself other times, including the last time I counted calories. I think I've always eaten the wrong types, and then I feel very hungry and fall off because I feel so deprived and frustrated.
The last time I counted, I always remained within a good amount, but it was mostly processed foods and canned junk. But, I didn't care... because I was still in my calories.

Now I'm eating more "clean"- not as much processed. More lean proteins (especially chicken), veggies and fruits. Lots of green smoothies. More homemade snacks (granola, etc). I feel ten times better, and I'm never hungry (unless it's time to eat, which is normal). I love it.
