  • I lost 2 lbs last night.

    Leaving today for the weekend, will post on Monday. (maybe Sunday night)

    OMG!!! Even though I wasn't hungry, felt the ravenous urge to eat!! I ate a muffin .35 then got of bed and made two pastrami roll ups! I only ate half of the second one and the carb count was low, maybe 1.0 I still wonder why I get like that. Maybe cause DH is out of town?
