I lost 2 lbs last night. :)

WTG Rabbit :cb: Exercise walked 45 minutes Breakfast coffee 2.0 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4.0 fresh berries 2.0 2 muffins .70 Lunch Grilled ceasar chicken salad from BK 3.0 I added a egg .60 Ceasar Dressing 2.5 I used my own Paul Newman Ceasar (not the creamy) at 1 carb per 2 TBS :) Snacks cheez-its 1.5 sf turtle 1.0 Dinner Sourdough grilled chicken sandwich (replaced bread with lc rye toast and added lc honey mustard 8.0 mixed berries w/sour cream 3.5 |

I wish the PMS demon would leave the temple :( Exercise 15 minutes bike -80 calories burned 30 minutes elliptical 323 calories burned weights - arms and legs (did a short weight work out, better than nothing I guess :)) Breakfast coffee 2.0 2 scambled eggs 1.2 1 1/2 tbsp picante sauce 1.5 3 slices canadian bacon 0 1 slice lc rye toast w/butter 3.0 I never did eat lunch but didn't eat breakfast until 10:30. Snack muffin .35 Dinner 2 pattie cheeseburger 3.0 O so lo dinner roll (used a bun :)) 3.0 Cauliflower w/butter 2.0 1 SF RS peacan cluster 1 mixed berries w/ sour cream 4.0 |

Exercise walked 45 mintutes gym break Breakfast coffee 2.5 3 muffins 1.0 Lunch Dbl bacon cheeseburger BK - 2.0 SF ketchup 1.0 sm salad w/dressing 4.0 snack pumpkin seeds 2.0 muffin .35 Dinner chicken premivera 6.0 sm salad 1.5 rye toast 3.0 Snack few bites of tuna salad .25 2 bites of a lc cookie .25 (snacking before dinner :D ) jello w/a sliced strawberry 2.0 OMG!!! Even though I wasn't hungry, felt the ravenous urge to eat!! I ate a muffin .35 then got of bed and made two pastrami roll ups! I only ate half of the second one and the carb count was low, maybe 1.0 I still wonder why I get like that. Maybe cause DH is out of town? |
