Time for me to join you girls
 

I turned 30 in July but I was pregnant, so obviously not trying to lose weight. Unfortunately, it was a second miscarriage for me. I'm through most of the physical part now (still healing from surgery) and ready to get back on the weight loss wagon...in my 30's. :dizzy:

30's not so bad although I did cry for a week when I turned 30. I'm closer to 40 now but can say that I know that I am a much stronger person (mentally) then I was when I was younger.
Good luck with your recovery - physical and emotional - you are allowed to grieve (daily if need be) but never give up on yourself.
