Excited today because...
 

I bought some shorts little over a week ago that were a size too small (42 Men's), and I tried them on just now and they fit! I am so happy!

My next goal is to fit into my pair of 40 men's shorts.



So everyone, tell me what made you excited about today

I am back on my diet after a 4 day binge - gained 3 pounds. But it isn't the end of the world. I lost it once i can lose it again. =)

Awsome...I LOVE it!!!! I used to be a men's 44!!! I was excited today cuz I FINALLY SAW 170 on the scale after a serious re-gain....RE-gained 36 pounds and have shed (of the re-gainedweight)16 pounds off in a little over 5 weeks.....ANY progress is GREAT progress! especially when you can measure it in a pants size!!!! Keep it up

Congrats! I'm re-starting after a gain and I can't wait to see a pant size drop.

I'm excited today because as of this morning, I'm at 100lbs lost! Yey!

This one was from a few days ago. I just got a new job and had to buy a uniform. Originally I wore a 24W in pants but after trying on several, I fit into a 20W!

I also met my first mini goal a few days ago as well. There were a few weeks where I was just dancing above it, but I finally made it! :)
