On the good side, I actually did lose a little weight while my father-in-law was in the hospital. I think my husband I survived the week practically on a big pot of chicken soup I had made right after he got sick. We had no time to sleep OR eat.

I am 180. Sucks becasue I was down to 160 last year and here I go again trying to go down. At 160 I felt healthy again and I want to get back there by the end of hte year, if at all possible.

Hey everyone! I'm back in the 180's. I made it down to the 160's but then went back to my old eating habits over the summer and the weight came back on. Now trying to do this all over again. Hopefully for good this time.

Hey everyone! I'm just getting started on a weight loss plan after the birth of my daughter 4 weeks ago. Right now, after losing almost 40 lbs since I gave birth, I am in the 180's with a lot to lose... 50 lbs or so. I have been on this site in the past but always in the 20-somethings group but I will be turning 30 in a couple weeks so I thought this was the right place for me now. So... Hello! Looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Well I was in the 180s a couple of months ago. Now I'm down to 176. Last year I was in the low 160s. Its taken me a looong two months to get to the 170s again.

I'm about .06 from being in the 170's again...so excited! With all the weights I've been lifting and the way I've been running, I'm able to fit back into quite a few of my size 8 jeans again, though. I put them on and started doing the dance of joy!

Thanks for being here, it's really motivating for me!

The last time I weighed myself I was 185. I had a friend mention that I looked thinner, but based on my eating I doubt I've lost any weight. I've been in a plateau for a while now, and I think I figured out what I need to do: limit my dinner portions and put some strength training into my workout routine.

This will be my first week putting both of those things into action. Wish me luck!

coffeeshopgirl- Hi! I just noticed this thread has gotten more active again. Sadley I first joined this threa when I first joined 3fc. But since coming back again (at about 185 again ) I hadn't seen much action on this thread. I am currently on the cusp of 170's. I actually bounced down as low as 178.6 a few eeks ago. Today I weighed 180.4, which is my low since the holiday. Anyways maybe we can get this revived together! Or maybe someone can pop in and tell us if there is a more active thread for thi decade.
