Low carb starts tomorrow

Hi, I'm Tracey, 32 from NY, Mom of 20 month old b/g twins.

I am starting the Atkins Diet tomorrow, (wish me luck). I have been successul with this diet prior to having the kids but now I seem to not stick to it.

There are two new moms and I am expecting my first child on 5/1. I'm totally amazed by anyone who has survived 20 months with twins!!
