Hi guys just checking in. I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I'm doing good it's been kinda busy, but I was lazy today. Just got back from a girls night out a much needed one. Back on track tomorrow. See you guys tomorrow.

Sorry I still haven't gotten around to getting my measurements but I just weighed in this morning and I'm now at 160. I was so happy to see that after the weekend I had. Lol.
I'm going to have to check out those skinny girl drinks too. I'd seen them but didn't know anyone who drank them so I wanted to wait to see if they were any goodm. Now I'll have to give them a whirl. |
Ughhhhh I've been sick the last 2 days, much better today, so no workout and totally ate comfort food! Went off plan. Weighed in this am still at 196 so it's all good but I HAVE to work out today and tomorrow and before the weekend cause I'm going up north to visit some old friends!!! Keep it up everyone, keep going!

I hope everyone has good weigh ins this week. It's been a rough week for me. Too much eating out. I stayed at 286. So no gaining, but no loosing either.. Blah!!! But this week will be even better. (hopefully) I'm making my candies and cookies this week so maybe it won't be a better week.. No it will be better.

Well I clearly need some motivation lol. Although, at one point this week I saw 160 on the scale, so I'm up up up and then down a little, but up from last week. But I'm done finals and now I can get back into a normal routine. My efforts really get off track when I have exams and I let them take over my life for 3 weeks. I need to figure out how to do school and live my life too. :dizzy: |

Me too. I want to shed 1#/week to try to hit for 220 by 7/2/12. No vacation planned yet.

I don't mind doing the spreadsheet at all. Gives me little study breaks, but if it starts to get out of hand or I know I won't have time to update it I will figure something else out.
