I stayed op while I was gone - woohoo - but I probably won't key it all in. TUESDAY 2/4/03 EXERCISE 15 minute bike 2 mile walk weights yoga class (tonight) BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 blueberries = .5 micro. bacon = 2 SNACK banana = 2 LUNCH turkey savory stew, 2c = 6 ff crackers = 1 DINNER lean cuisine = 6 peas = .5 SNACK popcorn = 3 DAILY TOTAL = 23.5 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 14 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 8.5 |
Staying OP is very hard if I don't journal everything so I don't go over 20 carbs.
Excerise : None so far, usually walk 40-45 minutes around the base after lunch. Will have to drag DH on a walk after dinner :D Breakfast: 4 sauage links - 0 coffee w/cream & sweet&low - 3.0 Snack 1 oz string cheese - 1 Lunch whopper w/ cheese from BK minus bun, ketchup, onion, tomato .5 3 cups salad greens 1.5 Italian Ceasar dressing 1.5 Total carbs so far today = 7.5 Snack Pepperoni - 0 Dinner rotissere chicken from deli - 0 1 cup broccoli w/cheese 3.4+1.0 small salad 1.0 IC dressing 1.0 Ice tea with S&L- 1.0 Snack Pizza bites (pepperoni, 1 tsp sauce, cheese) 1.0 Total carbs for today = 15.9 I try not to go over 16/17 to allow for errors :) I also drank all of my water today and then some :D |

EXERCISE 15 minute bike 2 mile walk weights (chest & shoulders) BREAKFAST oatmeal = 2 sugar = .5 blueberries = .5 micro. bacon = 2 LUNCH soup = 2 ff crackers = 1 salad = 0 parmesan = 3 DINNER turkey & ham tettrazini, 2 = 6 bites = 1 corn = 3 SNACK skinny cow = 2 pretzels = 3 DAILY TOTAL = 26 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 17 WEEKLY ACTIVITY BANKED = 12.5 Reflections ~ good day. Not showing any loss yet, but glad about how I've done. |

EXERCISE 15 minute bike 2 mile walk weights (legs) BREAKFAST egg = 2 bread = 2 jam = 1 LUNCH lean cuisine = 5 DINNER minestrone = 2 ff crackers =2 homemade bread = 6 SNACKS pineapple angel cake = 2 skinny cow = 2 m&m = 4 DAILY TOTAL = 28 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 17 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 16.5 Reflections - few too many snacks! |
