Hello everyone
98DaysofSummer, Yes, you need to say no to people. Believe me, they keep pestering, but after a while they leave you alone. You only have one life to live, live it to the fullest. No one is going to take care of you, you need to. Yes, 30 lbs is VERY doable. You can do it, girly! Awesome goal! You game plan sounds great. I know you miss your baby, but this will be your time to make yourself healthy/fit/happy. The best gift you can give yourself and family. You can post your weight daily/weekly/monthly. Whatever is good for you. Yes, pms time will pass. I agree, stay away from the salt, it will just make you retain water and bloat. That doesn't feel good! Hope it passes soon!
momwannabe, Awesome job! You will do GREAT!
Sorry to hear that, but I LOVE your attitude! Keep going girl! It will come off sooner or later!
Erin, 20 lb goal is GREAT. If you focus, eat clean, exercise, you can make onederland by New Years. I started my healthy journey on July 1st, 2011 as of today I have lost 38 lbs, less than 3 months. You are doing GREAT by the way.
JennifersDream, You will do great! I wanted a way to keep myself accountable, and thought others would like to as well. You're welcome
CherryPie, 20 lb goal is great. You can do it! You are doing awesome by the way!
What is your food menu/exercise plan like? How many calories do you eat in a day?
Envelope, 14 lbs is so doable! Awesome job by the way!
CloudySky, Welcome, we are happy to have you!
28 lbs is a great goal! You will do it! Awesome job with your exercise. I agree, having a walking buddy makes things better. Keep at it girl!
Macieo, aiming high is great, and if you don't reach it, that is GREAT too. Any loss is better than not trying at all. You can do it!
adaem, 20 lb goal is doable! You will do great!
AndLy, you are so close to onederland! You will be there in no time. 8 lbs a month is very doable! You can do it!
As for me, I am doing great! Happy to see all of you here. What kind of food/exercise plan is everyone on? I have been eating whole foods (meat, beans, fruit, veggies, whole grains, herbs, and spices), staying away from white starchy carbs, sugar, and salt. I workout 6 days a week, alternating strength/cardio days. I haven't felt this great in a long time.
If anyone would like to share recipes, please post them. I LOVE trying new things. Hope everyone has a great day/night!
