So here it is.... just started my period today and haven't lost any weight this week. Haven't binged or anything. Does it really fluctuate your weight even a fe dys before? Thanks so much! Sorry to ny men that mght stumble on this... :o

Yep, I'm at the end of mine and my weight went up by 3 lbs. Sorry to say.

Is it weight that will go away when it is over? I started mine yesturday.

Mine usually takes 2 days after completely done to finish going away. Hope that helps

Yes, water retention weight drops off quickly after my cycle ends. My body can retain water better than the Hoover Dam and it likes to pack on 5lbs or so during my monthly cycle.

More recently, instead of adding water weight, my weight holds steady and then drops down when my cycle ends. The first month into my journey I felt very frustrated by this phenomenon, but now I expect it and look forward to the big drop off when it ends.
