Help How do I add the tracker

How do I add the tracker to my profile? This site is hard to figure out. Is there a link that gives directions?

Check out the first section of the Forum for help. http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/anno...questions.html gives info on adding a ticker. You may need to have more posts although you joined before the 20 day/20 post rule came in.
