Thought posting this pic would motivate me because I am pretty disgusted, this is how I feel about myself, I don't feel healthy and I have a non existence waist- this is the heaviest I have been and since I have been married on year, happiness has gone to my waistline in the tune of 25lbs, I want to get down to 105 because then I have some room, also in the next year I would like to get pregnant so I don't want to put 30lbs on top of what I am weighing

I look at your picture and think you look great!I see a figure there and no rolls, But ultimately it's how you feel and what you are comfortable at....but i hear you, we are our own worst critic:hug:

I totally understand. I would say I'm at about the same point physically. Just started kicking it into gear. Now for some patience.

I was in your exact same shoes in October. Now you have a before pic that will show all your amazing progress! I only started taking some at 130. Good luck with goals! We can make it to 105. :D
