Default New Year's Resolutions
Ok, ok...I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet but it will be here soon, as well as Christmas and it got me thinking. The New Year is right around the corner and was wondering what everyone's resolutions will be.

Mine is: To meet my weight loss goal by the end of this year so I can start the New Year on a high note. But more importantly, to not stop after having reached it. I want to live my life healthy and happy and continue on this journey indefinitely. Looking back over the past year(s), I was able to FINALLY make a real change in my life a few months back and have never been happier. Have I had up's and down's...yes, who hasn't. But what made it different this time was sticking with what I started out to do in the first place...getting healthy for myself and not giving up for any reason.

2011 holds to be an exciting time in my life and I hope it brings nothing but great things for you and your families!

I have a weight loss mini goal of 15lbs before new years ... and for 2011 my main resolution will be to put myself first, stop thinking so much about everyone else and concentrate on me... other than that:

- Stop being so afraid of getting hurt and doing everything on an 50% basis because I need to protect myself
- Reach my weight goal by April, when I´ll be running a half marathon
- Learn to play the guittar
- Pick up on my french
- Enjoy my time with my family and loved ones

I don't make New Years Resolutions. I'm fond of the 1st of the month type, and seasonal re-commitments. It's not that I don't resolve to do things...it's just why wait til the New Year?

Yeah, I'm not much of a New Year's resolution-er myself. But I did recommit to another year of being on plan every day no matter what just yesterday on my anniversary.

I need to remember that right now as I crave M&M's. LOL! I'm not good with stress!

I have a new years goal, not a resolution. I want to be in onderland on new years eve, even if its only 199.9, lol!
