cake and chips confession
 

i babysat my dear friend's 3 kids overnight and i didnt have my "own" food there. i did bring two boiled eggs and plenty of water to have on hand but i still sucuumb to 2 pieces of cake and countless "just one more" chips. :^:

anyway the kids saw me eating my egg and wanted some so it was good that we were all eating the same thing and they didnt even know it was my "diet" food. :cool:

i weighed myself tho and it appears i havent done any damage. whew. now back on track for the work week.

It happens every now and then. :hug:

Yeah, it totally happens! I had a bite of carrot cake with icing tonight. :p
I was able to fit it into my calories for the day, thankfully.
