October Accountability!

  • I think we may be the only board without our own accountability thread this month! Its a little late, but here it is!




    Today: No exercise (hurt back on Sunday-- postponing all exercise until Thursday)

    Diet: (projected)

    Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs(2), with turkey bacon (2 slices) (CHECK!)

    Snack 1: Cashews (CHECK!)

    Lunch: Grilled chicken salad, ranch dressing (FAIL.)

    Snack 2: 2 TBSP Peanut Butter(FAIL. no snack)

    Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, green beans(1 cp) (FAIL.)

    Dessert: (undecided)

    Also on todays to-do is 5 bottles of water and limit to two diet sodas. I have gotten a little carried away with the sodas lately.
  • Today: Exercise- 30DS (getting close to completing 30 days!)

    Diet:

    Breakfast: 2 fruit rolls (all natural- no added sugars), 100 cal brownie bites (I'm aware this is a terrible b-fast, but I hate eating in the AM)

    Snack 1: plum

    Lunch: homemade potato soup and bread

    Snack 2: greek yogurt

    Dinner: stuffed grape leaves? Not sure yet.

    Dessert: our current fave- honeycrisp apples baked with cinnamon and dates

    Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup/ Fruit Cup
    Snack: Cashews
    Dinner: Chicken/ green beans
    Dessert: (Unsure)

    Total Projected Calories: 1220

    Exercise: Walk 30 minutes if I don't ride my mare tonight. If I DO ride, then a 15 minute stroll (1 mile).

    Snack: Fiber bar (check)
    Lunch: Turkey/chs mini-sub, fruit
    PM Snack: (undecided) 200ish cals
    Dinner: Chicken/green beans/tea
    Dessert: Vanilla wafers

    Projected Calories: 1300ish (depending on PM snack)

    Exercise: Walk mile, working gelding on ground-- maybe ride a bit after.
