Just a quick note, this morning when I stood on my scale I saw a wonderful number, but I am going to wait a few days to make sure it wasn't a fluke... I am very happy with the work I have put in:) have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Stuck!
I've been stuck in the high 180's for a month plus! Hopefully we can all motivate each other.

wondering how often everyone weighs themselves? I am finding that since I am losing I want to weigh myself every morning...not sure if this is too much? maybe once or twice a week woudl be better? any ideas??
had a good weekend, tried a new excercise DVD, and eat well:) (think I will hit the 170s next week!) |

i havent weighed in yet, its TOM and i know i put on and lose 5 pounds with it. maybe more cause we just moved and there isnt much to eat here yet lol

I was so excited last weekend because I was seeing 181+ on the scale and felt like I was so close to being out of the 180's and to an all new low number. But, this week hasn't been the best for me....so I am vowing now to be good over the weekend and get back down to the low 180's!!!

189.6 this morning! I am excited to be in the 180's and ready to start the trek towards the 170's!!!

Well, I'm right there in the upper 180's (188.5) and I'm hoping to be in the lower end or even 170's soon. I'm so determined to get this extra baggage off!! Any loss on the scale is a victory to me!!
