MP-I've overslept both yesterday and today. Don't take me off the list just yet. I'll weigh in next Monday.
I've gone back to my 1300 cal budget. Increasing it, just made me gain weight. :( So back to what has worked in the past. |
Didn't weigh in last week as I was on a road trip and then at National Conference for my business.
last weigh in/pounds lost/today's weigh in 294.2/-5.2/289 Being gone for ten days was a challenge, but everyone I was around knows I am working on making better choices and they were so supportive. I did have a few moments of food joy, the Sheridan's frozen custard was great, and so were the french fries, but I didn't over indulge and was always back on track immendiately after. I also didn't allow myself to have more than one indulgence a day. Now, to keep the momentum going as I am home for 2 weeks before my next trip. |
