Weekly Weigh-in Thread 6/18 - 6/24

Post your losses for the week here!

I lost two pounds this past week, so I've lost 13 total. Woohoo!

Newcomer!!

Yay, a weigh in Thread!!! I'm starting this week.... at 235 lbs, to lose (at least) 27 lbs in 27 weeks! This is not my long term goal, but that to be happy and feel good by the day I get married (JANUARY 14 2011)!!!! Wish me luck! :)

Welcome to the weigh-in thread, kchiafulio!

That's a very sensible goal you have, and I'm sure you will reach it! Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!

Congrats LisaMarie and 707Goddess!!!

I was going to weigh in this morning, but did yesterday instead. I'm down 4 lbs! From 224 to 220 after my first week of walking/jogging, increasing my water intake, and reducing my food portions! Goal for next week: go all in with SuperFoods/Whole Foods and cut out ALL junk!

*TOM is upon me today, so I'll have to work REALLY hard to stick to my weight loss plan this coming week! Wish me luck!!*

Congrats on all of the weight loss!!!

707 and olivia, that's fantastic!

I've been weighing myself daily and posting the weights in a chart to see how it fluctuates up and down and see what kind of pattern I can discern, if any. So I weighed myself this morning and had apparently gained back 1.8 of the 2 pounds I lost. How is that even possible? I've always been able to magically gain back a million pounds overnight, though, regardless of my actions. I hope it fluctuates back down!

olivia627 06-20-2010 02:40 PM

LisaMarie, I do the same thing. And, apparently, I've gained back 2 of my 4...go figure! BUT, I'll wait to see what the month end results look like.
