FRIDAY -- Yippee!!!!!!!!!!
No exercise. :^: I'm gonna try and run 3 miles at some point on the weekend. My body was really tired from all the hard work I did at the gym this week. BREAKFAST: egg sandwich -7 oj -2 LUNCH: Burger King -20 Diet Pepsi -0 :lol: It looks like I'm gonna have to do more then 3 miles to make up for this day. |

EXERCISE 2+ mile walk 16 minute bike furniture moving! BREAKFAST egg = 2 lite whole grain bread = 1 LUNCH salad = 0 parmesan = 3 skinny cow = 2 |
